The company said in its terms and conditions page that if the customer's issue is not resolved within the next four hours of lodging the complaint, the customer will be entitled to one day of additional service from Excitel. The person will not have to pay any extra cost for this.
During the four hours in which Excitel is unable to resolve the connectivity issue, the company will provide additional services to its customers for 24 hours.
But to solve the problem, the company has fixed the time from 9 am to 9 pm. The company also said that complaints filed after 9 pm or before 9 am will not be considered as per these terms and conditions.
