The 'Death Note' of your social media account! Keep 'these' 6 things in mind

It is always said in the today's world that, only two things are permanent in this world, it is called death and internet. So we should be more careful about it.

On the Internet you might have read the information about what happens to the social media account after our death, do we have any rights over that account, but if we want to make a will of our social media account, we want to have rights over it or whatever 'replacement' is placed on that account.

What should be done if the right is to be given to someone close to you after your death?

Only two things are permanent in this world, it is called death and internet. So we should be more careful about it.

1- Basically, the first and easiest way is to download whatever important information you have on social accounts. Therefore, we should not have to remove the noses of any indirect third party.

2- To download your data on social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, these sites provide you some tools, you should use them and save your data from time to time. We should make ourselves a regular habit.

3- If you want to hand over the management of your account to someone else after your death, some sites like Facebook have options like 'Legacy Contacts'. The person can decide whether to keep their account active, close it or 'memorialize' it.

4- If you want to maintain your digital heritage properly, you can keep it 'sealed' on a hard drive or even keep it password protected on a 'cloud drive'.

5- If someone's death certificate is submitted to a bank or company, his family gets some rights, similarly his relatives can get some rights of social media account.

6- Most importantly, those social media sites have the right to use your photos and videos even after your death. So it's always better to be informed about it in advance...!
